This Article presents a statistical analysis of the number of housing organizations per state and what type of organization they are, their programs and their service areas. The analysis of organizational capacity, explains the established groups, up-and-coming groups and the innovative groups. Two directories are presented with all of the nonprofit housing organizations as well as colonias-specific housing programs.
