This study reports on sociodemographic background, behavioral, and psychosocial predictors of condom use with casual female partners. The imporantce to inform HIV prevention services aimed at the Latino population within the United States. This study extends previous findings by exploring additional predictors, such as the use of alcohol and drugs. 290 sexually active male of 18 years of age or older whose occupation was that of day worker or farmworker were participants in a secondary anaysis of data [a survey] collected by the California Department of Health Services, Office of AIDS, in collaboration with the city of Berkely Health Department.
