This is a collection of six flipcharts that were developed to be used by community health workers to educate Latino workers employed in poultry processing and other manufacturing jobs about safety and about workers' rights. Ideas for content came from discussions with community members and community organizations. Scripts are provided in both Spanish and English. They are meant to provide the basics of the story. Brochures are included in English and Spanish for each flipchart.
