This document has been prepared by the National Program for Secondary Credit Exchange and Accural (NPSCEA) to address gaps and concerns in the Migrant Education Program. It provides a ready resource for migrant educators and service providers in identifying appropriate research, model programs, age-appropriate materials and other resources. A large portion of the annotations of the migrant specific research was published in the At-Risk Youth: An Annotated Bibliography for Migrant Educators, which was prepared by the Migrant Education Secondary Assistance (MESA) project.
