Three health center programs received Metropolitan Life Foundation funds through small grants from the National Association of Community Health Centers to develop, implement and evaluate short-term preventive health education interventions. Each of the three successfully completed Phase I activities during 1994, and Phase II follow-up, evaluation and dissemination activities during 1995. Case Study #2 focuses on "Adolescent Migrant Periodontal Disease Prevention Program".
