First is a brief section that explains diabetes and its symptoms and types, followed by a discussion on healthy lifestyle choices for diabetes control. The recipes follow this introduction and include meals such as Spanish omelet, beef stew, red snapper, rice with chicken, avocado tacos, pozole, two cheese pizza, and tropical fruits fantasia. For each recipe, detailed nutritional information is provided, including calories, fat, sodium, protein, and essential vitamins. Beautiful colorful photos of the foods are also provided.
