This report details the accomplishments and deficiencies of the California Migrant Health Program. The deficiencies are highlighted in order to make recommendations to better the program. Deficiencies include: 1.inability to attract adult male farm workers into the medical care clinics unless they are suffering from serious illnesses. 2. Continued shortage of manpower. 3. Case loads can be overwhelming, with a corresponding decline in the quality of services offered.
