Goals included: improve health of migrant workers an dtheir families in Suffolk County, conduct stationary clinic at a strategic location, to encourage the retention and use of the Personal Health Record by migrant workers, to provide medical care to migrant workers and their familiest through local physicians on a fee for service basis and to continue to observe the effectiveness of this method of providing medical care, to provide local dental care when indicated through local dentists on a fee for service basis, and to conduct a mobile clinic operation as a means of providing services to workers in the field.
