This research document addresses a study done to find out what motivates domestic seasonal farm workers to work and places each motivation factor on a scale of importance to the farm workers. Results show that "Pay" was always in first place. Three groups rated "housing" in second. Three rated "length of workday" in third place, one in fourth place. Three rated "fairness" fourth and one in fifth place. Provisions to "use spare time" was always listed as lowest in importance. "Foreman's directions" also received a low rating. "Incentive pay" and "travel distance" were also unimportant items
