This document is one of five stories included on CD-R developed to be used by community health workers to educate Latinos working in poultry processing and other manufacturing related jobs about safety and worker's rights. This specific case includes a flip chart and educational brochure, in English and Spanish, that describes Javiers situation at work where he isn't getting paid what he deserves and some of the checks he recieves bounce. This educational document explains who one should contact in this type of situation and what to do to prevent oneself from being put in this situation again.
