This research article presents the findings on how migrant and seasonal farmworkers are being affected by the H1N1 Influenza Pandemic. It focuses on stigmatization, the worsening of limited access to care and barriers to adequately following guidelines to contain the disease. Several variables that complicate the health of farmworkers in the face of H1N1 include their limited healthcare access, frequent mobility and living conditions.
