Lung Cancer Rates in Hispanic Population of Connecticut, 1980-88

This research article examines lung cancer rates among the Hispanic population of Connecticut in 1980 through 1988. Surnames were used to identify ethnicity. Incidence rates of lung cancer were lower for Hispanic men than those for non-Hispanic men. The author iterates the importance of the monitoring of cancer and mortality rates among the Hispanic population.
