Social Sustainability, Farm Labor and Organic Agriculture: Findings from an Exploratory Analysis

This research article asks whether organic agricultural production is beneficial to farmers from both a sustainability and economic standpoint. In California, farmers have mixed feeling about organic food production with respect to its ability to produce and the money expenditures that go into certified organic food. The article also includes interviews with farmers regarding organic products.
