Teledermatology Consultations Provide Specialty Care for Farmworkers in Rural Clinics

Since farmworkers are exposed to many factors that affect skin conditions (sun, pesticides, irritating chemicals, etc), this study explores whether teledermatology consultations could improve accessibility of care for farmworkers who frequent rural clinics. The article concludes that teledermatology only proved that dermatological services are needed in rural health clinics.
