This research paper aims to report the reasons why ethnicity and socioeconomic status seem to play such a large role in lacking timely immunizations. Language-appropriate reminder cards were used in a small population on patients who are not UTD and effectiveness of cards was measured. The study concluded that in poor, rural and Latino populations, language-appropriate reminder cards do increase immunization rates.
