This research article documents a pilot project conducted in 1963 that aimed to implement a family clinic in 4 counties during Pennsylvania's peak migrant season. The project also aimed to develop an effective healthcare model for the farmworker population, evaluate the needs of the population and examine the professional attitudes towards this type of health service. The project helped a total of 187 people, 45 of which needed further laboratory evaluation and examination.
