This research article investigates Latino immigrant poultry workers in North Carolina. It emphasizes the link between organizational injustice and abusive supervisory practices and/ or occupational illness and injury. The results conclude that women are more at risk for abusive supervision and that relative power is often used to enforce injury and illness.
