This report describes a three-year project that encouraged the formation of partnerships in and among the U.S.-Mexico border states for building and improving health data infrastructure to meet information needs along the border. This has included improving the comparability and completeness of health data collection; the communication and exchange of health data among public health agencies, Community and Migrant Health Centers, and other providers.
