This study evaluates the impact of the Informate adolescent theater program on HIV/AIDS knowledge and attitudes among farmworker audience members of various ages. The results show an increased knowledge in "modes of HIV transmission" and items assessing HIV/AIDS myths. Also, findings show a greater percentage of farmworkers at post-test reported that they believed that condoms should always be worn during sex. Overall findings suggest that theatre can be an effective medium for increasing HIV/AIDS-related knowledge among migrant farmworkers.
