Occupational skin diseases are highly prevalent among agricultural workers, especially among tobacco farmworkers. Report covers five migrant Latino farmworkers with contact dermatitis related to tobacco work, and how these cases show a characteristic distribution of contact dermatitis common as a result of their occupational practice of holding the tobacco leaves under the arm and pressed against the body during harvesting. .
