This is a bilingual training manual for employers with Hispanic workers that teaches about the major occupational health risks and hazards. It discusses chemical, physical, and biological hazards, and the routes of entry for these hazards, such as skin, the nose and mouth, and eyes. Other topics include lead, asbestos, silica, solvents, noise, temperature extremes, viruses, bacteria, fungi and poisonous plants. Photos and graphics are provided as examples. This manual also includes a tailgate and overhead material.
