This is a bilingual training manual for employers with Hispanic workers aims to teach workers steps to control and identify the hazards that lead to accidents. It overviews the different things that can cause accidents, such as machinery, materials, environment, tools and people, and then discusses the different hazards including heat/cold, biological, mechanical, chemical, pressure, electrical and radiation. It ends with a discussion on how to find hazards and what to do for safety. This manual includes a tailgate and overhead material.
