This is a bilingual training manual for employers with Hispanic workers that intends to prevent injuries and deaths in the case of unexpected start-up of servicing equipment. First is a set of photos describing the people whom the law protects and then goes on to describe different energy sources that can be dangerous if they are not at "zero energy". Then the manual discusses the differences between stored energy and moving energy and how to service energy sources safely, as well as appropriate actions with cords and plugs. Manual also includes a tailgate and overhead material.
