This is a bilingual training manual for employers with Hispanic workers that discusses falls from heights that can cause serious injuries. The goal of the manual is to teach workers when employers must provide fall protection systems and equipment and to teach the different protection systems. The manual lists ways to prevent injury or death after falls, and then discusses the systems and tools needed to protect workers when working at extreme heights. This document includes a tailgate and overhead materials.
