This document is a bilingual training module for employers with Hispanic workers so that they can receive job safety and health training. The manual is in English and Spanish so that Oregon employers have tools to effectively provide this training to all their Hispanic workers. It gives tips on how to communicate when employers and employees speak different languages, how to form effective training teams, communicate the company's belief that worker safety is important, initiate worker participation and conduct safety training.
