A study of the US Bureau of Employment Security about the employment patterns of Puerto Rican farm workers in Florida and in the Middle Atlantic States. Based upon surveys taken in theses states with a view towards identifying problems associated with this type of employment from the standpoint of the worker and the employer. Studied in order to help develop programs to encourage Puerto Rican labor to come to the US and relieve shortages of seasonal hired farm workers.
