This article discusses the shortcomings of pesticide regulation in the state of California. The article also introduces and discusses "pesticide drift" activitists and their work. The author suggests improvements to the work such as frame the issue for public consumption, improve political traction, provide evidence that lends to the need for precautionary, health-based restrictions on the use of agricultural pesticides.
