This pamphlet describes the issues and barriers to education that children of migrant workers face. Their school years begin at random times of year and many have to move from school to school, which has led migrant children to have the lowest educational attainments of any group in the nation, enter school later and attend fewer days than other children and make the least progress. Then the pamphlet describes the attempts by serveral agencies to implement schools that focus on this at risk population of migrant children.
