The goal is that the President's Committee direct its efforts, not only to the amelioration of conditions of migratory workers but also to reduce the need for such workers to migrate. That the Committee seek to integrate its programs and activities with other programs so as to allow a coordinated and continuous approach to migrant workers' problems while they are at the home base as well as when they follow the crops.
