Report that disscusses a labor shortage of seasonal domestic farm laborers on sugar beet farms in northern Colorado. At the time of the study, there were 318 producers of sugar beets in the area. The university conducted interviews with 94 of the crew leaders who led workers to use "hand thinning" techniques in the field.
