This article explores the common needs of displaced children in the United States. These are children that have been uprooted from their homes, communities, and sometimes cultures due to immigration, migration, or homelessness. The article provides background information on each of these types of displaced children (immigrants, migrant farmworkers, and homeless). It then examines the shared and specific needs of each group will providing a set of recommendations for health care and service providers.
