NORA The First Ten Years CD-ROM

Author: The National Occupational Research Agenda (NORA)
Date Published: 2006

The National Occupational Research Agenda (NORA) is a collaborative program to stimulate innovative research in workplace safety and health. Unveiled in 1996, NORA was developed by NIOSH and its partners in the public and private sectors to provide a framework to guide occupational safety and health research for the subsequent decade focusing on 21 priority areas. As NORA reaches a 10-year milestone, NIOSH and its partners are recognizing past achievements at the NORA Symposium 2006 and through this collection of information. This collection is intended to allow NIOSH, its partners, and others to review progress in NORA as we look forward to future accomplishments with a new focus on sector-based priorities. It includes: * A set of NORA publications that are NIOSH documents. *The Team Document: Ten years of leadership advancing the National Occupational Research Agenda, *A Compendium of NORA Research Projects and Impacts, 1996-2005
