In both the Federal and the State governments, laws and regulations have not kept pace with the growth in the practice of transporting agricultural worker by truck. Scores of thousands of agricultural workers are being transported daily under conditions that have too little regard for their lives, limbs, or comfort.
This report presents a proposed code that suggests a partial remedy to the problem. It looks at recommendations for improving the dangers of transportation in agriculture
