The purpose of this article is to review the HIV prevention outcome literature on Mexican Migrants, to dentify gaps, and to recommend research directions that build on individual level approaches by considering the social, cultural, and sexual contexts of HIV risk as well as ways in which structural and environmental factors influence patterns of risk in this unique Latino(a) population.
