These proceedings describe the annual Farmworker Stream Forums and presents the proceedings from the 2002/2003 Forums. It contains an overview of each stream forum including a general summary, abstracts, regional and national conference sponsors, conference participants and planning committee members. The three forums were: "Líderes: Leading the Way to Health Farmworker Communities," 15th Annual East Coast Migrant Stream Forum, Savannah, Georgia; "Creating a Vision for Tomorrow's Leaders," 12th Annual Midwest Farmworker Stream Forum, New Orleans, Louisiana; "Celebrating Our Past and Asegurando Nuestro Futuro," 12th Annual Western Migrant Stream Forum, Mesa, Arizona.
