This report talks about the disparities that migrant farmworkers face with continuity of health care. It mentions the TB Net which was created in 1995 with the goal of eliminating obstacles for tuberculosis patients seeking long term treatment regimens. The TB Net had 70% successful rate of patients completing treatment. The current existing tracking projects demonstrate the potential of providing continuity of care services for migrant populations. What is recommended is a comprehensive tracking project that assures continuity of care for all types of health care needs.
