Agricultural and Residential Pesticides in Wipe Samples from Farmworker Family Residences in North Carolina and Virginia

This article looks at the multiple pathways pesticides enter the homes of farmworker families as well as the residential pesticides found in residences. Wipe samples were taken from floor surfaces, toys and children's hand to document the presence of agricultural and residential pesticides. Data also collected in relation to this study included cleaning practices, characteristics of homes, locations of homes, and characteristics of household residents.
