This study aims to determine the prevalence of Green Tobacco Sickness (GTS) in farmworkers working in shade tobacco fields who were presented for clinical care at medical student-run clinics. The study concludes that cases of possible GTS were found in Connecticut shade tobacco workers and smokers were at a higher risk for GTS than were non-smokers.
