This video is about breast cancer and prevention. If cancer is discovered too late, then there is nothing left to do to stop it. If it is detected early, there is a 95% of treatment success. Minorities and people who are disadvantaged economically are at high risk. An examination looks for lumps, masses, and other abnormalities. Three techniques for looking for breast cancer is circular, vertical, and wedge. People over 20 should start practicing with self-examinations. 75% of people who get breast cancer have no risk factors. Three-fourths of new breast cancer is detected in women over 50.
