This paper reports on a study done to identify the nursing interventions that influence satisfaction for migrant farmworkers in Niagra County, N.Y. This study measured the relationship of satisfaction with health care services to the congruency of the nurses' health beliefs with the farmworkers' health beliefs and to the structural factors affecting the farmworkers' use of health care services.
