In 1995 the National Association of Community Health Centers conducted a telephone survey, supported by the Migrant Health Program of the Bureau of Primary Care, of fifteen migrant projects. The objective was to learn about the capabilities and practices of these projects (voucher program and Migrant Health Centers) with respect to data collection and analysis, how these related to measuring clinical outcomes and what the findings might imply in today's rapidly changing health care environment. This report includes all survey responses, appends the instrument, gives background information, highlights major findings, and offers an analysis and recommendations.
