The evaluation of the PP/WP Migrant Referral System Project includes a follow-up study of migrant women who, according to records, participated in the referral system. The objectives of this study, which became known as the "Migrant 100," were to gain insight into the dynamics of "contact" and "no contact" between the receiving agency and the patient, and to make some judgement regarding the patient's involvement in her own referral. The major conclusion is that the referral system has not been of significant importance to the women who were referred.
