This report discusses the occupational safety data as it relates to farmworkers, the policies that regulate pesticide use, the lack of enforcement of those policies and a general misunderstanding of pesticide use among farmworkers., as well as poor field sanitation and working conditions. It discusses the policies regarding agricultural workplace safety, such as the provision of drinking water, handwashing stations, and toilet facilities. It goes on to discuss the effects on farmworker health when these policies are not enforced.
