This article highlights the labor provided by migrant workers from Mexico to support San Diego County's $770 million agriculture industry and the poor living and housing conditions they endure. While citizens of the county complain of the health-risks associated with a large, transient and homeless labor force, little is done to provide low-income housing to alleviate the problem.
