Included are several tips to protect against sun-related illnesses, and warning signs of heat stroke. The following article, "Keeping Your Mouth and Teeth Healthy," stresses the importance of dental health, especially on the road. It encourages readers to get dental check ups, learn to clean their teeth and gums, and lists those particularly at risk to dental disease.
