This issue of Farmworker News has four articles. The front page article is titled, "Tips to Reduce Stress." It briefly describes the nature and symptoms of stress, then provides 10 tips to help reduce stress. The second page features the article, "Oh, My Aching Body! Tips to Cut Down on Pain and Strain." This article examines potential causes for muscle aches and body pains, behaviors that may lead to these pains, and provides a few tips to alleviate and prevent these pains. This third article feature in this issue is titled, "Save Your Skin!" This article discusses the importance of healthy skin. It identifies symptoms of skin problems, like rashes, and examines potential causes of rashes. It goes on to discuss behaviors and techniques to help prevent skin problems and promote skin health. The final article in this issues is titled, "Join Americorps and Help Farmworkers Learn About the Dangers of Pesticides."
