This report summarizes a prenatal education intervention program for low income, Hispanic women living in the farmworker communities of Arizona. It includes three major elements: a delivery system, a Spanish-language teacher's guide and a support network of local health professionals. The success of the program is attributed to its education of community leaders, its use of culturally and linguistically relevent material and it's focus on community and social networking.
